The invention relates to a method for location of partial discharges in an electric high-voltage apparatus, such as a power transformer, which is arranged in a container (1) filled with an insulating medium (2), in which at least three ultrasonic detectors (34, 35, 36) are applied with mutually known positions on the outside of the container and in acoustic contact therewith, the times of arrival (t1, t2, t3) of a wavefront arriving at the detectors and originating from a partial discharge are determined, and on the basis of the times of arrival and on the basis of the known mutual positions of the detectors, the direction (e.g. x, y, z) to the partial discharge is determined. Further, the invention relates to a detector unit with detectors mounted thereon for use in the method.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour localiser des décharges partielles dans un appareil électrique haute tension, tel qu'un transformateur de puissance, qui est disposé dans un réservoir (1) rempli d'un milieu isolant (2), dans lequel au moins trois détecteurs ultrasonores (34, 35, 36) sont appliqués en des positions mutuelles connues sur l'extérieur du réservoir et en contact acoustique avec celui-ci, les temps d'arrivée (t¿1?, t¿2?, t¿3?) d'un front d'ondes parvenant au niveau des détecteurs et provenant d'une décharge partielle sont déterminés, et sur la base des temps d'arrivée et des positions mutuelles connues des détecteurs, la direction (par exemple x, y, z) de la décharge partielle est déterminée. L'invention concerne également une unité de détecteurs s'utilisant dans ce procédé.
