The invention relates to a method for machining components (8) which do not contain magnetic material. Said method comprises placing the component (8) on at least one clamping magnet arranged on a machining table, whereby at least one clamping element (52) in a magnetic material is arranged on that side of said component (8) which faces the clamping magnet. The clamping element (52) is activated by and cooperates with the clamping magnet to fix the component (8) in its position. The technical problem of improving the effectiveness of the material throughput of the method and reducing the space requirements of the device for carrying out the method is solved by having the clamping element match the form of the component (8). The invention further relates to a device for carrying out said method.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour usiner des pièces constituées d'un matériau non magnétique (8). Ce procédé consiste à positionner la pièce (8) sur au moins un aimant de serrage situé sur une table d'usinage et à placer au moins un élément de serrage (52), constitué d'un matériau magnétique, sur le côté de la pièce (8) opposé à l'aimant de serrage. Il consiste également à activer les aimants de serrage et à bloquer la pièce (8) dans sa position au moyen de l'élément de serrage (52). L'invention vise à résoudre le problème technique consistant à accroître l'efficacité du flux des pièces et à réduire l'encombrement du dispositif nécessaire pour la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé. A cet effet, l'élément de serrage (52) est adapté à la forme de la pièce (8). L'invention concerne également un dispositif pour mettre en oeuvre ledit procédé.
