This is a method and device for making a packaging box from two blanks (2, 3), wherein blanks are taken simultaneously from two adjacent stacks (25, 26) and placed on two parallel tracks (29, 30), the blanks are transferred flat until butted longitudinally to an assembly station, the first blank is glued on its way to the longitudinal abutment position, the first and second blanks are butted laterally into their respective positions to give them an exact lateral reference position, they are grasped, and transferred laterally, and the second blank is placed on the first blank which is thus indexed, escaping the drivers (61) of the first track (29) when the second blank is placed against the first blank, but clamped by vertical pressure. The second blank is then applied to the first blank to glue them together in their respective defined longitudinal positions, and the resulting set of blanks is then transferred to an erecting station where the box is erected by rolling the blanks around a core.
II s'agit d'un procédé et d'un dispositif pour la réalisation d'une boite d'emballage à partir de deux découpes (2,3), dans lequel on dépile simultanément à partir de deux magasins adjacents (25,26) et on dépose les découpes sur deux voies parallèles (29,30), on transfert les découpes à plat, jusqu'à venir en butée longitudinale à un poste d'assemblage, on encolle la première découpe pendant son transfert vers la position de butée longitudinale (34,35), on cale en butée latérale respectivement les première et deuxième découpes pour leur donner une position de référence latérale exacte, on saisit, on transfert latéralement et on place la deuxième découpe sur la première découpe ainsi indexée, en échappant les taquets (61) de la première voie (29) lors de l'accostage de la deuxième découpe sur la première, tout en la maintenant par blocage en pression verticale. On applique alors la deuxième découpe sur la première découpe, pour coller lune sur l'autre, dans leurs positions longitudinales respectives déterminées, puis on transfert l'ensemble de découpes ainsi constitué à un poste de formage où on forme la bo*te par enroulement des découpes autour d'un mandrin.
