Method and device for managing the power of a vehicle fitted with an engine that runs on heavy diesel fuel used for propulsion and for operating at least one auxiliary item of work equipment, characterized in that: a) the engine is fitted with data collecting and logging means; b) the vehicle is fitted with sensors so that the engine and motor (propulsion engine and auxiliary motor) operating conditions can be identified; c) means are fitted for supplying data regarding operation and fuel consumption.

On décrit une méthode et un dispositif pour la gestion de l'énergie d'un véhicule équipé d'un moteur alimenté au gazole servant à la propulsion et au fonctionnement d'au moins un équipement de travail auxiliaire caractérisé en ce que a) on équipe le moteur de moyens de collecte et d'enregistrement de données; b) on équipe le véhicule de capteurs de manière que l'on puisse identifier les conditions de fonctionnement du moteur (propulsion et auxiliaire); c) on équipe des moyens pour fournir des données de fonctionnement et de consommation du gazole.
