The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a moulding from a plastic, preferably a fibre-reinforced plastic, which method comprises at least the steps of stacking at least one plastic layer to form a laminate; arranging the laminate between at least two membranes; bringing the thus formed assembly to a first temperature by heating at least one membrane; forming the assembly by making use of a shaping tool brought to a second temperature. The invention also relates to a device for performing the method and a beatable membrane to be applied in the method.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un objet moulé en plastique, de préférence en plastique armé. Le procédé consiste d'abord à empiler au moins une couche de plastique pour former un laminé, puis à disposer le laminé entre au moins deux membranes. On chauffe ensuite à une première température l'ensemble ainsi formé par chauffage d'au moins une membrane. Pour mettre en forme l'ensemble, on utilise un outil de formage amené à une deuxième température. L'invention concerne également un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé, et une membrane battue à utiliser pour le procédé.
