The subject of the invention is a method and a device for measuring of solid matter particles of pulp suspension, in which method a sample of pulp suspension is separated and scanned and the amount and the quality of solids are examined from the picture. According to the method the sample separated from a pulp suspension with know consistency of dry substances is fed at known feeding speed onto the wire (5), which is an endless loop and moves at know speed, and where water is removed with a drying device (4) from the sample, and which transports the sample mainly as a constant matt to a camera device (7), where the sample is scanned and on the basis of this picture and information about the feeding speed of the sample, moving speed of the wire and the consistency information the absolute and/or relative amount and quality of solids are measured.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour mesurer des particules de matière solide dans une suspension de pâte à papier, procédé selon lequel un échantillon de la suspension est séparé et scanné, la quantité et la qualité des solides étant examinées à partir de l'image obtenue. Selon l'invention, l'échantillon séparé de la suspension de pâte à papier, dont la consistance en substance sèche est connue, est acheminé à une vitesse de déplacement connue sur un fil (5) qui forme une boucle sans fin et se déplace à une vitesse connue. L'eau est extraite de l'échantillon au moyen d'un dispositif de dessiccation (4). Le fil transporte ledit échantillon principalement sous forme de matelas de fibre constant jusqu'à un dispositif de caméra (7) où l'échantillon est alors scanné. Sur la base de cette image et des informations concernant la vitesse de déplacement de l'échantillon, la vitesse d'acheminement du fil et la consistance de la matière, la quantité et la qualité absolue et/ou relative des solides sont mesurées.
