The invention relates to a method and device for microdosing the smallest amounts of liquid for the production of biopolymer arrays. The sample liquids to be analyzed are delivered by means of a delivery device (1), which can be connected to a rinsing fluid store. A reversible electric voltage (10) can be applied to said delivery device (1) so that the self-adjusting electroosmotic flow can be used for transporting the sample liquids to a detection array.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour le microdosage d'infimes quantités de liquide pour préparer des jeux ordonnés d'échantillons biopolymères. Les échantillons de liquide à analyser sont acheminés au moyen d'un dispositif d'alimentation (1) pouvant être raccordé à un réservoir de fluide de rinçage. Une tension électrique (10) à polarité inversable peut être appliquée au dispositif d'alimentation (1), de manière que le flux électro-osmotique qui s'ajuste puisse s'utiliser pour transporter les échantillons de liquide sur un champ de détection.
