A method of obtaining a free disperse system in liquid which produces a controlled hydrodynamic cavitation by regulation of constriction ratio, volumetric flow rate, and degree of cavitation parameters. Selection of the parameters with regard to the properties of components of the fluid to make it possible to effectively treat the components having a variety of physio-chemical characteristics. The invention further relates to the construction of a cavitation device (1) wherein the geometry of a flow-constricting baffle body (7) effectively increases the degree of cavitation to substantially improve the quality of an obtained free disperse system.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'un système à dispersion libre dans un liquide produisant une cavitation hydrodynamique contrôlée par régulation du taux d'étranglement, du débit volumétrique, et des paramètres du degré de cavitation. En tenant compte des propriétés des composants du fluide pour la sélection des paramètres, il est possible de traiter efficacement des composants aux multiples caractéristiques physico-chimiques. L'invention concerne également la construction d'un dispositif de cavitation (1) caractérisé par la géométrie d'un corps d'étranglement de flux en chicane (7) accroissant avec efficacité le degré de cavitation de façon à améliorer sensiblement la qualité du système à dispersion libre obtenu.
