A shoe press unit comprises a support beam, a shoe element movably supported on the beam, a pressing unit arranged between the beam and the shoe element for urging the shoe element away from the beam and toward a counter element, and a flexible belt that is arranged to slide over the pressing surface of the shoe element. An oil evacuation arrangement is affixed to the shoe element proximate an upstream edge region thereof. The oil evacuation arrangement has an inlet opening located such that excess oil expelled from between the belt and the shoe element passes through the inlet opening. An evacuation duct is connected with the container for evacuating oil therefrom, and the duct is movably connected to an outlet pipe within the shoe press unit. In one embodiment, the duct is connected via a flexible bellows to a pipe fixed to the outlet pipe.
L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé d'évacuation de l'huile d'une unité de presse à sabot, laquelle unité de presse à sabot comprend un coulisseau (1), un élément de sabot (2) agencé mobile sur ledit coulisseau (1) au moyen d'une unité de pression (3, 5) et présentant une surface de pression (21), un agencement (4) d'évacuation d'huile doté d'au moins une ouverture d'entrée (41) mobile avec l'élément de sabot (2), un certain nombre de conduits d'évacuation (48) et un tuyau de sortie (49), et également une bande souple (6) en interaction avec ledit élément de sabot (2), de l'huile étant acheminée pendant le fonctionnement pour lubrifier entre ladite surface de pression (21) et ladite bande (6), l'excédent d'huile dû à l'énergie cinétique étant expulsé au niveau d'une région de bord amont (21A) de ladite surface de pression (21), et un excédent d'huile étant évacué de ladite unité de presse à sabot par ledit agencement (4) d'évacuation d'huile, dans lequel une ouverture d'entrée (41) est agencée d'une telle manière dans un récipient (43A, 43B, 44, 45, 46) fixé solidement à l'élément de sabot (2) qu'une grande partie dudit excédent d'huile est projetée directement dans ladite ouverture d'entrée (41), ledit tuyau de sortie (49) étant fixé solidement audit coulisseau (1) et au moins une première partie dudit conduit d'évacuation (48) est agencée mobile par rapport audit tuyau de sortie (49).
