The invention concerns a method and a device for opto-electric acquisition of the shape of a surface, by illuminating the surface (S) using light beams (10) with different wavelengths and which converge in different points on the illumination axial direction (Y) in the surface (S) proximity, by spectral analysis of the light reflected or backscattered by the surface (S) in direction (Y) and by determining the distances of the surface (S) points with respect to a reference plane (X, Z) from the wavelengths and/or the analysed light spectral widths.

Procédé et dispositif d'acquisition opto-électrique de la forme d'une surface, par éclairage de la surface (S) au moyen de faisceaux lumineux (10) ayant des longueurs d'onde différentes et qui convergent en des points différents sur la direction axiale d'éclairage (Y) au voisinage de la surface (S), par analyse spectrale de la lumière réfléchie ou rétrodiffusée par la surface (S) dans la direction (Y) et par détermination des distances des points de la surface (S) par rapport à un plan de référence (X, Z) à partir des longueurs d'onde et/ou des largeurs spectrales de la lumière analysée.
