The invention relates to a device for preparing a beverage by injection of water through a capsule containing a substance to be dissolved and/or to be extracted. The device comprises at least one water-injection system for introducing water inside the capsule. The injection system can be switched in order for a selection to be made between at least two different modes of wetting the substance so as to adapt wetting in accordance with the type of capsule and/or with the nature of the substance contained in the capsule. The invention aims to propose a device suitable for the preparation of a wider range of beverages, foaming or non-foaming, from substances to be extracted and/or soluble substances.
L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif (1) pour préparer une boisson par injection d'eau au travers d'une capsule (3) contenant une substance à dissoudre et/ou à extraire. Le dispositif comprend au moins un système d'injection d'eau (2) destiné à introduire de l'eau à l'intérieur de la capsule. Le système d'injection est commutable pour être sélectionné selon au rnoins deux modes différents de mouillage de la substance de façon à adapter le mouillage en fonction du type de capsule et/ou de la nature de la substance contenue dans la capsule. L'invention vise à proposer un dispositif adapté à la préparation d'une plus large gamme de boissons, moussées ou non, à partir de substances à extraire et/ou solubles.
