The invention concerns a method for preserving perishable products (10) arranged in a container (1), comprising a step which consists in fixing a flexible envelope (2) including at least a projecting tab (5, 5', 5'' and 6), on at least part of the ends of said container so as to form a fluid-tight housing (8) for the products. The invention is characterized in that it comprises the following steps, for expelling fluid, for example ambient air, contained in said housing: a) a drawing step which consists in stretching at least one of said tabs (5, 5' or 5'') so as to form a temporary passage between the inside and the outside of said housing (8); b) a step which consists in compressing, or pressing, the flexible envelope (2) against the products and/or the container so that the fluid contained in said housing (8) is expelled through said temporary passage; c) a step which consists in closing said passage.
La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé pour la conservation de produits (10) périssables disposés dans un contenant (1), comportant une étape de fixation d'une enveloppe souple (2), comprenant au moins une languette protubérante (5, 5', 5" et 6), sur au moins une partie des extrémités dudit contenant de manière à former un logement (8) étanche au fluide pour lesdites denrées caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes, destinées à chasser le fluide, par exemple l'air atmosphérique, contenu dans ledit logement (8) : a) une étape d'étirage consistant à étirer au moins une desdites languettes (5, 5' ou 5") de manière à former un passage temporaire entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur du susdit logement (8), b) une étape de compression, ou de plaquage, de l'enveloppe souple (2) contre les denrées et/ou le contenant (1) de sorte que le fluide compris dans le susdit logement (8) soit évacué par le susdit passage temporaire, c) une etape d'obturation du susdit passage.
