The invention relates to a method and device (1) for prevention of contamination on an inner side (53, 54, 55, 56, 67) of a wall of a transport device (10), for fibres (60) for the production of fibre-boards, which are transported through the transport device by means of transport air to a further processing unit (13) after a treatment with size in a dry-sizing unit (2). Said contamination may be avoided, whereby dried material (50), obtained in the further processing of the sized material, and which no longer comprises cold-adhering size is recycled into the flow (7) of fibres (60) in the transport device still comprising cold-adhering size.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif (1) permettant d'éviter l'entrée en contact d'impuretés avec une face intérieure de paroi (53, 54, 55, 56, 67) d'un dispositif de transport (10) pour des fibres (60) servant à la fabrication de panneaux de fibres, lesquelles fibres sont transportées après un encollage dans une unité d'encollage à sec (2) par le dispositif de transport vers une autre unité de traitement (13) au moyen d'air de transport. Selon la présente invention, la matière séchée (50), obtenue au cours du traitement ultérieur des fibres encollées et ne présentant plus de colle adhésive à froid, est ramenée dans le flux (7) de fibres (60) présentant encore de la colle adhésive à froid dans le dispositif de transport, de sorte que les impuretés susmentionnées sont évitées.
