The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a cross-linkable rubber mixture for vehicle tires, profiles, transmission belts and other technical rubber articles, which method can be carried out in an at least semi-continuous manner. Attempts at carrying out the conventional discontinuous methods known from the art in an at least partially continuous manner have failed due to the problem that the cross-linking agents have to be mixed with the masterbatch, also called rubber masterbatch, in a fast and homogeneous manner without the mixed product consisting of the masterbatch and the cross-linking agents heating up too much during the process. The aim of the invention therefore is to mix the masterbatch with the cross-linking agents in a reliably homogeneous manner and to minimize the mixing time. For this purpose, the cross-linking agents are not mixed before they are mixed with the masterbatch. The mixture containing the cross-linking agents is particularly first packaged in a container which is used for feeding the cross-linking agent to the masterbatch.

L'invention met donc l'accent sur l'homogénéité du mélange du mélange de base avec les agents réticulants et sur une réduction de la durée du mélange à un minimum. Une première mesure pour atteindre le but recherché consiste à d'abord mélanger les agents réticulants les uns avec les autres avant de les mélanger au mélange de base. Le mélange des agents réticulants est en particulier conditionné dans un contenant qui est utilisé pour l'amenée des agents réticulants dans un mélange de base.
