The invention relates to a method and device for producing a primary individual packing of a wafer according to which a laminate consisting of a carrier foil and of an active substance film is cross-cut with a predetermined length and detached from the carrier foil, is guided between two packaging material webs and, together with these webs, is fed to a sealing station. The packaging webs are sealed to form a packet, after which this packet is detached from the packaging material webs. The invention solves the task of providing a method and device which ensure that the wafer material is not subjected to mechanical stress. The inventive method provides that the carrier foil (2) detached from the active substance film (3) is pulled forward to the predetermined length of the wafer (21), and the active substance film (3) detached therefrom is simultaneously guided with its front end between the stationary packaging material webs (12) without being subjected to mechanical stress, is held and fixed by these packaging material webs, and is cross-cut with the predetermined length at a distance from the webs to form a wafer (21). Afterwards, the wafer (21) is pulled forward together with the packaging substance webs (12) in a synchronous manner and is fed to the sealing station (17/18). To this end, the device is provided with a packaging material feeding and pulling device (11) having a holding and clamping device (13/14), which is provided for holding and clamping the front end of the active substance film (3) and which, in a vertical direction, is mounted underneath the separating roll (7) and the cross-cutting tool (10).
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour produire un conditionnement individuel primaire d'un cachet, un laminé composé d'une feuille de support et d'un film de principe actif étant découpé transversalement pour avoir une longueur prédéterminée, et séparé de sa feuille de support, introduit entre deux bandes de matière d'emballage et introduit avec celles-ci dans une station de fermeture, les bandes de matière d'emballage étant refermées sous la forme d'un sachet qui est séparé des bandes de matière d'emballage. Le procédé et le dispositif de l'invention permettent au principe actif de ne subir aucun contrainte mécanique. Selon le procédé: la feuille de support (2) séparée du film de principe actif (3) est préétirée pour avoir la longueur prédéterminée du cachet (21), et le film de principe actif (3) séparé de ladite feuille est simultanément introduit par son extrémité avant entre des bandes de matière d'emballage (12) statiques sans subir de contrainte mécanique, est entouré par lesdites bandes, et fixé, puis découpé transversalement à distance de celles-ci pour donner un cachet (21) de longueur prédéterminée; puis le cachet (21) est préétiré de façon synchrone et commune avec les bandes de matière d'emballage (12), et alimente la station de fermeture (17/18). Le dispositif comprend à cet effet un système d'amenée et de préétirage de matière d'emballage (11) comprenant un dispositif de prise en charge et de serrage (13/ 14) destiné à l'extrémité avant du film de principe actif (3), disposé en direction verticale en-dessous du cylindre de séparation (7) et de l'outil de coupe transversale (10).
