The invention relates to a method and device for producing fiber-reinforced plastic components made of dry semi-finished fiber-reinforced products by an injection method for injecting matrix material. The semi-finished fiber- reinforced product (1) is placed on a tool (3), a first cavity (10) is formed by means of a membrane (7) that is permeable to gas and impermeable to the matrix material, said cavity surrounding the semi-finished products (1), and then forming a second cavity (27) between the first cavity and the ambience by means of a film (19) that is permeable to gas and impermeable to the matrix material. Air is extracted from the second cavity (27), thereby transporting the matrix material from a reservoir to the evacuated first cavity (10).
L'invention concerne un procédé et des dispositifs d'injection de matériau à matrice pour fabriquer par injection des éléments en matière synthétique renforcée par des fibres à partir de demi-produits secs renforcés par des fibres. Selon l'invention, on dispose le demi-produit renforcé par des fibres (1) sur un outil (3), on façonne autour du demi-produit (1) un premier espace (10) au moyen d'une membrane (7) perméable aux gaz et imperméable au matériau à matrice, on crée un deuxième espace (27) entre le premier espace et l'environnement au moyen d'un film (19) imperméable aux gaz et au matériau à matrice, et on aspire de l'air du deuxième espace (27), ce qui fait pénétrer du matériau à matrice provenant d'un réservoir dans le premier espace (10) vidé.
