The present invention provides a method for the production of a fibre- reinforced plastics material profiled part. The method comprises the supplying of a tubular fibre braid in which a polymer matrix is arranged by being distributed therein. A longitudinal portion of the fibre braid is enclosed in a moulding press. The moulding press is heated to cure the polymer matrix in the longitudinal portion. After the press is opened, the fibre braid is drawn through the open press in order to position a further longitudinal portion of the fibre braid in the moulding press. The further longitudinal portion is enclosed in the press. Another aspect of the invention is the provision of a device for the production of a fibre- reinforced plastics material profiled part.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un profilé en plastique renforcé par des fibres (103). Ce procédé consiste à acheminer un entrelacement de fibres tubulaire (104) dans lequel est réparti une matière plastique de matrice; à insérer un segment longitudinal de l'entrelacement de fibres dans une presse (120); à chauffer la presse pour durcir la matrice en plastique dans ladite partie; après ouverture de la presse, à retirer l'entrelacement de fibres de la presse ouverte pour pouvoir y placer un autre segment longitudinal de l'entrelacement de fibres; et à insérer ledit autre segment longitudinal de l'entrelacement de fibres dans la presse. Un autre aspect de l'invention concerne un dispositif de production d'un profilé en plastique renforcé par des fibres.
