The invention relates to a method for producing moulded parts, especially plates, made of particles, such as lignocellulose and/or cellulose-like chips, fibres, cut straw particles, rice husks or the like, which are mixed with at least one binding agent. Said particles are strewn onto a moved base to form a nonwoven fabric that is subsequently pre-compressed and then entirely compressed by heat treatment to form a moulded part, whereby the base is at least partially covered by a support web which is moved together with the base. The particles that form a nonwoven web consisting of one layer or several layers are strewn onto the support web which rests on the base. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out said method.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de corps moulés, en particulier de panneaux, réalisés à partir de particules reliées par au moins un liant, telles que des copeaux, des fibres, des particules de paille, des coquilles de riz ou similaires de type lignocellulose et/ou cellulose, dispersées sur un support en mouvement afin de former un non-tissé. Ce non-tissé est ensuite pré-comprimé, puis comprimé pour former un corps moulé, le support étant au moins partiellement recouvert par une bande porteuse, cette bande porteuse est déplacée avec le support, et les particules formant un non-tissé monocouche ou multicouche sont dispersées sur la bande porteuse disposée sur le support. L'invention concerne également un dispositif destiné à la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.
