The invention relates to a method and a device for producing nitrogen fertilizer, removing phosphate from organic waste products in liquid phase, sanitizing said waste or reducing emissions, and limiting the potassium concentration. According to the invention, the waste product is heated to temperatures ranging between 40 ~C and 90 ~C at a subatmospheric pressure, the escaping gas that contains carbon dioxide and ammonia is contacted with a mineral-aqueous suspension, the excess gas is conducted within the circuit while the subatmospheric pressure is autogenously stabilized, and the formed nitrogen fertilizer is discharged. In order to additionally produce phosphate fertilizer and limit the potassium concentration, the obtained fertilizer product is divided into the liquid and solid portion, and all or some of the solid portion is redirected into the stripping receptacle while the liquid waste product that is stripped of nitrogen compounds and phosphorus compounds is cooled and mixed with at least one sulfate-containing compound to limit the potassium concentration. Optionally, the viscosity of the waste product is specifically reduced and a very small amount of a basic mineral powder is added thereto. The last solid portion obtained from said treatment can be used directly as phosphate fertilizer, potassium fertilizer, or phosphate- containing and potassium-containing mixed fertilizer.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de production d'engrais azotés à partir de déchets organiques et de suppression de phosphates de déchets organiques en phase liquide et d'assainissement des déchets ou de réduction des émissions et de limitation de la teneur en potassium. Les déchets sous une pression négative chauffent à une température comprise entre 40 °C et 90 °C. Le dioxyde de carbone dégagé et le gaz contenant de l'ammoniac sont mis en contact avec une suspension minérale-aqueuse. Le gaz excédentaire est guidé dans un circuit lors d'une stabilisation de la pression négative autogène et l'engrais azoté ainsi formé est évacué. L'invention vise la production supplémentaire d'engrais azoté et la limitation de la teneur en potassium. A cet effet, le produit engrais obtenu est séparé partiellement ou entièrement en une fraction liquide et une fraction solide et la fraction solide est renvoyée partiellement ou entièrement à l'évaporateur. Les déchets liquide enrichis en composés azote et phosphore sont refroidis et mélangés à au moins un composé sulfaté pour limiter la teneur en potassium. Eventuellement, la viscosité des déchets est réduite de manière ciblée et on y ajoute une très petite quantité de fines minérales basiques. La dernière fraction solide obtenue à partir de ce traitement peut être directement utilisée comme engrais mélangé contenant du phosphate, du potassium ou du phosphate et du potassium.
