The invention relates to a method and device for producing packing coverings for composite cardboard/plastic packages, in particular beverage packages provided with an opening. Said invention provides a reliable solution for a mentioned problem in such a way that no contact is possible between raw cardboard material and a product in the area of a pouring aperture even after a first package opening. Said result is achieved by the following operations: punching out an opening (O) in the extended raw cardboard material (1) in the area of future pouring apertures, covering said raw cardboard material with a plastic layer and composite material grooves (1') on two sides thereof, punching out the pouring apertures (P) in the area of the openings (O) coated with a composite material web (1'), the pouring apertures being smaller than the punched openings (O), individually separating the composite material (1') with cut parts and sealing a longitudinal seam (L) in order to form a packing covering (M).
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour fabriquer des enveloppes d'emballage pour des emballages composites en carton/plastique dotés d'une aide à l'ouverture, notamment des emballages de boissons. L'invention apporte une solution fiable au problème précédemment évoqué, de sorte que, même après une première ouverture des emballages, aucun contact n'est possible entre le matériau en carton brut et le produit dans la zone du bec verseur, ce résultat étant obtenu par les opérations suivantes : découper à la matrice des ouvertures (O) dans le matériau en carton brut (1) dans la zone des becs verseurs à réaliser, recouvrir les deux côtés du matériau en carton brut (1) par une couche de plastique et par des cannelures du matériau composite (1'), découper à la matrice des becs verseurs (P) dans la zone des ouvertures (O) enduites de la bande de matériau composite (1'), les becs verseurs (P) étant plus petits que les ouvertures (O) matricées, isoler le matériau composite (1') en pièces découpées et sceller la soudure longitudinale (L) pour former une enveloppe d'emballage (M).
