The invention relates to a method and a device for producing blow-moulded plastic hollow bodies (60). The device was improved to avoid imperfections encountered so far during blow-moulding. To this end the extrusion head provided for by the invention is adjusted to different, partially overlapping settings to obtain varying wall thicknesses of the tubular blank, so as to compensate for process-inherent disadvantages of the blow-moulding method and for the finished blow-moulded part to have as even and uniform a wall thickness as possible, said wall being covered, for example in vertical wall areas, by longitudinal ridges (68) situated at equal distances from each other. According to the invention, a method is provided for which for the first time retains the two measures currently used to achieve a uniform wall thickness in the finished blow-moulded hollow body and uses an additional third measure which makes it possible during the production of containers to generate targeted, desired and reproducible irregularities in the wall thickness of the finished blow-moulded hollow body (60).
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour produire des corps creux en matière plastique (60) formés par soufflage. Ledit dispositif a été optimisé afin de pallier les inconvénients présentés jusqu'à maintenant par le soufflage. A cet effet, on réalise plusieurs réglages, se recoupant partiellement, de la tête d'extrudeuse de l'invention pour obtenir une épaisseur de paroi variable de l'ébauche tubulaire, ce qui permet de supprimer les inconvénients inhérents au soufflage et d'obtenir une épaisseur de paroi la plus uniforme possible dans la pièce finie formée par soufflage, ladite paroi étant recouverte, par exemple dans les zones verticales, par des nervures longitudinales (68) placées à une distance constante l'une de l'autre. Selon l'invention, tout en conservant les deux mesures appliquées jusqu'à maintenant pour obtenir une épaisseur de paroi constante dans le corps creux fini formé par soufflage, on fait appel à une troisième mesure pour pouvoir produire des irrégularités ciblées, voulues et reproductibles dans l'épaisseur de paroi du corps creux (60) fini formé par soufflage, lors de la fabrication d'un contenant.
