The invention relates to a method for producing structural elements from a blank (1) consisting of a deformable material, especially steel, according to which the blank (1) is supported during the deformation process by a fluid pad (F) against a shaping tool (5). The invention further relates to a device for carrying out the inventive method. According to the inventive method, the blank (1) is shaped to an intermediate shape by means of the tool (5). The blank (1) shaped to an intermediate shape is then deformed in a locally limited manner by means of a counter mold (6) which is moved against the blank (1) counter to the effective direction (R) of the tool (5). The invention provides a method for producing exactly shaped structural elements at low costs and without any loss in quality.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire des composants à partir d'une plaque (1) constituée d'un matériau déformable, en particulier d'acier. Selon ledit procédé, la plaque (1) est soutenue, pendant le processus de déformation, par un coussin de fluide (F), contre un outil de formage (5). L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif permettant la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé. Selon ledit procédé, une forme intermédiaire est conférée à la plaque (1) au moyen dudit outil (5). Ensuite, la plaque (1) présentant sa forme intermédiaire est déformée de façon localement limitée au moyen d'une contre-pièce (6) qui est déplacée dans le sens opposé au sens d'action (R) de l'outil (5), contre la plaque (1). Grâce à ce procédé on obtient des composants formés avec précision à faible coût et sans risque de diminution de la qualité.
