The invention concerns a method for purifying waste water, whereby the waste water is subjected to a biological treatment (in 3) producing sludge, part of this sludge being recycled towards the biological treatment while being subjected to ozonation combined with mechanical stirring (in 9). A mechanical stirring energy is brought in to attack the walls of the microorganisms.
Il s'agit d'un procédé d'épuration d'eaux usées, dans lequel les eaux usées subissent un traitement biologique (en 3) en produisant des boues, une partie de ces boues étant recyclées vers le traitement biologique en étant soumises à une ozonation combinée avec une agitation mécanique (en 9). On apporte une énergie mécanique d'agitation suffisante pour attaquer les parois des micro-organismes.
