The invention concerns a method and an equipment for distributing products (P1, P2, P3, , Py) so that each final product assembly corresponds to a physical order (C1, C2, C3, , Cx) characterized in that it consists in: at least a step which consist in electronic data processing of the content of said orders consisting in assembling said orders into a plurality of order groups (GC10, GC20, GC30, ) in accordance with at least a specific condition, and in breaking down the content of each group into a plurality of sub-groups of orders (SGC10, SGC20, SGC30, ); and a step which consists in assembling, then breaking down and finally separating said products, storing each removed product in a location associated respectively with a group of products (GP10, GP20, GP30, ), with a sub-group of products (SGP10, SGP20, SGP30, ) or with an order, so as to obtain respectively exact conformity between the groups of products and the groups of orders, then exact conformity between the sub-groups of products and the sub-groups of orders, then between the final assemblies of products and each order.
La présente invention se rapporte à procédé et à un équipement de répartition de produits (P1, P2, P3, ..., Py) permettant que chaque rassemblement final de produit corresponde à une commande physique (C1, C2, C3, ... , Cx), caractérisé en ce que l'on opère au moins une étape de traitement informatique du contenu desdites commandes consistant à regrouper lesdites commandes en une pluralité de groupes de commandes (GC10, GC20, GC30, ...) selon au moins une condition déterminée, et à dégrouper le contenu de chaque groupe de commande en une pluralité de sous-groupes de commandes (SGC10, SGC20, SGC30, ...) , ainsi que des étapes de regroupement, puis de dégroupement et enfin de séparation finale desdits produits, en rangeant chaque produit prélevé dans un emplacements associé respectivement à un groupe de produits (GP10, GP20, GP30, ... ), à un sous-groupe de produits (SGP 10 , SGP2 0 , SGP3 0 , ... ) ou à une commande, afin d'obtenir respectivement une concordance exacte entre les groupes de produits et les groupes de commandes, puis une concordance exacte entre les sous-groupes de produits et les sous-groupes de commandes, puis entre les rassemblements finals de produits et chaque commande.
