The invention concerns a method for regulating a furnace (1) comprising a succession of chambers Ci, cooling chambers (23), burning chambers (22), and pre-heating chambers (21), whereof the last, at the end, is provided with suction pipes Aj (210) for the combustion gases (34), and comprising, crosswise, a succession of hollow heating partitions Clij (3) and slots Alij (4) wherein are stacked the carbon blocks to be burnt (40), said hollow partitions ensuring the circulation of gas streams (33, 34). The invention is characterised in that the mass flow rate DGj of each combustion smoke flow Gj (34) is regulated by measuring said flow and the temperature Tj so as to reproduce a predetermined set value which is the product DGj.(Tj-Ta).Cg, Tj and Ta being said combustion smoke flow Gj temperature and that of ambient air, and Cg being the combustion smoke specific heat capacity.
Le procédé de régulation d'un four (1) comprenant une succession de chambres C i, chambres de refroidissement (23), chambres de cuisson (22), et des chambres de préchauffage (21), dont la dernière, en queue, est munie de pipes d'aspiration A j (210) des gaz de combustion (34), et comprenant, dans le sens travers, une succession de cloisons chauffantes creuses Cl ij (3) et d'alvéoles Al ij (4) dans lesquels sont empilés les blocs carbonés à cuire (40), lesdites cloisons creuses assurant la circulation des flux gazeux (33, 34), est caractérisé en ce que le débit massique DG j de chacun des flux de fumées de combustion G j (34) est régulé en mesurant ce débit et la température T j, de manière à reproduire une valeur de consigne prédéterminée le produit DG j.(T j-T a).C g, T j et T a étant respectivement la température dudit flux de fumées de combustion G j et celle de l'air ambiant, et C g étant la chaleur spécifique massique des fumées de combustion.
