A method and a device for separating object gas; the method capable of separating the object gas from mixed gas by using a plurality of adsorbing units having adsorbent filled therein, comprising the repeated steps of leading in the mixed gas into the adsorbing unit (1) to adsorb unnecessary gas to the adsorbent and leading out product gas from the adsorbing unit, desorbing the unnecessary gas from the adsorbent, and cleaning the adsorbing unit; the steps being performed for the other adsorbing units; the device, comprising the adsorbing unit (1) having a first sub unit (1a) with a product gas outlet (1d) and a second sub unit (1b) with a mixed gas inlet (1e); in the desorbing process, the first and second sub units (1a, 1b) being brought into a non-communicated state with each other, and the mixed gas inlet (1e) of the second sub unit (1b) is opened; the cleaning process further comprising a process for leading the first residual gas in the first sub unit (1a) into the second sub unit (1b) by allowing both sub units (1a, 1b) to communicate with each other to clean the second sub unit (1b).

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de séparation d'un gaz objet. Le procédé permet de séparer le gaz objet du gaz mixte au moyen de plusieurs unités d'adsorption remplies de substances adsorbantes. Le procédé comprend les étapes répétées, qui consistent à acheminer le gaz mixte dans l'unité d'adsorption (1) afin de faire adsorber le gaz inutile par la substance adsorbante, et de sortir un gaz produit de l'unité d'adsorption; à désorber le gaz inutile de la substance adsorbante; et à nettoyer l'unité d'adsorption. Ces étapes sont reprises pour les autres unités d'adsorption. Le dispositif comprend l'unité d'adsorption (1), qui présente une première sous-unité (1a) munie d'un orifice de sortie du gaz produit (1d), et une seconde sous-unité (1b) munie d'un orifice d'admission du gaz mixte (1e).
