The invention pertains to a method and device for separating strands suspended through grommets on support profiles to form a batch. According to said method and device, which device handles carefully and strains as little as possible the strands, for instance by preventing them from exposure to rubbing during the separation process and the subsequent transport away from the batch, the second to last strand (15, 16) of the bath is laterally offset into a strand area (11) and removed from the batch. The second to last strand is then removed to other areas in a direction away from the batch and, finally, conveyed by transport elements (12, 13) along the support profiles in the grommet (7) area, further from the batch.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de séparation de torons suspendus en lot par des oeillets sur des profilés support. Selon ledit procédé et avec ledit dispositif, qui traitent avec soin et sollicitent le moins possible les torons, notamment en ne les exposant à des frictions lors des opérations de séparation et de transport ultérieur depuis la pile, l'avant-dernier toron (15, 16) de la pile est décalé latéralement dans une zone (11) du toron et éloigné de la pile. L'avant-dernier toron est ensuite retiré dans d'autres zones dans une direction s'éloignant de la pile et, enfin, acheminé dans la zone au dessus de ses oeillets (7), le long des profilés support, à l'aide d'organes de transport (12, 13), plus loin de la pile.
