The invention relates to a method for soldering the ends of tubular containers, specially tubes, filled with a flowable medium, made of a flat thin-walled material that can be softened or melted using heat, wherein the tubular container is held in such a way that the end to be soldered is accessible and the tubular container can be heated to a temperature on the accessible end along a peripheral area so that it can be soldered, and the heated end is compressed along a soldering seam running longitudinally perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the container, whereby the tubular container is held in a stationary position, a laser beam is directed towards the inner wall of the tubular container via a deflection element outside said tubular container and the deflection element is made to rotate to heat the peripheral area.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de souder les extrémités de récipients tubulaires, en particulier de tubes, remplis d'un milieu coulant et constitués d'un matériau plat formant des parois minces, pouvant être ramollies ou fondues par la chaleur. Selon ledit procédé, le récipient tubulaire est tenu de sorte que l'extrémité à souder soit accessible, le récipient tubulaire étant chauffé au niveau de ladite extrémité accessible de façon à pouvoir être soudé, et l'extrémité chauffée est comprimée le long d'un cordon de soudure s'étendant transversalement à l'axe longitudinal du récipient. Le conteneur tubulaire est maintenu de façon qu'il ne bouge pas, un faisceau laser est dirigé par l'intermédiaire d'un élément de déviation, placé à l'extérieur du récipient tubulaire, sur la paroi intérieure de celui-ci, cet élément de déviation étant mis en rotation pour chauffer ladite zone périphérique.
