A method and device for forming a fluid film stably over a long distance from a nozzle without breaking a slit fluid jet by allowing fluid flow out from a slit to form a slit fluid jet, superimposing a crossed flow causing a flip-flop phenomenon upon the slit fluid jet, and making the energy of the fluctuation velocity component of the slit fluid jet be absorbed into the vibration component of a flip-flop crossed flow so as to form a stable fluid film.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de former de façon stable un film de fluide sur une longue distance à partir d'une buse sans casser le jet de fluide par fente. A cet effet, on amène le courant de fluide sortant d'une fente à former un jet de fluide par fente. On y superpose un écoulement croisé, ce qui crée un phénomène d'instabilité au-dessus du jet de fluide par fente. On amène alors l'énergie de la composante vitesse variable du jet de fluide par fente à être absorbée par la composante vibration d'un courant croisé instable de façon à former un film de fluide stable.
