A method for storing rolled-up cables and other windable articles such as hoses, pipes, tubes and other profile sections which are advantageously rolled up in a storage rack. A corresponding storage device (1) is also provided which includes a storage rack (10) consisting of a circular outer wall (12) engaging the rim of a base (11) for supporting the rolled-up cable, a guide assembly (4), and a stationary (20) or rotary (21) positioning member (2) for angularly feeding the article being rolled up (3) from the guide assembly (4) to the storage rack (10). The design of the device is such that no drive is required for the positioning member (2) and the cable (3) is properly arranged in the rack (10) by means of its inherent longitudinal stiffness.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de stockage sous forme d'enroulement utilisé avantageusement pour les câbles, mais également pour d'autres éléments enroulables tels des boyaux, tuyaux, tubes ou autres profils quelconques dont le stockage s'effectue avantageusement sous forme d'enroulement dans un panier de stockage. L'invention comprend également le dispositif de stockage (1) correspondant. Celui-ci comprend un panier de stockage (10) formé par un paroi externe (12) circulaire, disposée contre le pourtour d'un fond (11) servant de base d'enroulement, un moyen de guidage (4), un moyen de pose (2) fixe (20) ou rotatif (21), destiné à conduire angulairement l'élément à enrouler (3) depuis le moyen de guidage (4) vers le panier de stockage (10). De par la conception du dispositif, aucun moyen d'entraînement du moyen de pose (2) n'est nécessaire, le câble (3) se disposant correctement dans le panier (10) grâce à sa rigidité longitudinale propre.
