ABSTRACT The invention concerns a method for the cultivation of cells of higher organisms in communicating chamber systems, in which the cells to be cultivated are introduced and bred in a manner characterized in that the required conditions for cultivation are provided by uniform gassing of the surface, and whereby the supply of gas is provided through a microporous gas supply line introduced into the chamber system.
