A method and comb device (10) for detection and removal of human head lice, and eventual elimination of the lice infestation, from infested individuals by sequential combing, with no use of pesticides. The comb device (10) has six sides, three of the sides of the comb having sets of differently sized and spaced teeth (20, 30, 40) so that hair can be detangled, first with the thick, widely spaced teeth (20) on side (1), and then with the standard comb teeth (30) on side (2), and then the thin, closely spaced teeth (40) of the lice removal side (3) can be used to comb out lice.
L'invention concerne une méthode et un dispositif (10) à peignes permettant la détection et l'élimination de poux de la tête chez l'homme, et la suppression définitive de l'infection par les poux chez des individus atteints, par un peignage séquentiel, sans utilisation de pesticides. Le dispositif (10) à peignes présente six côtés, trois des côtés du peigne présentant des ensembles de dents (20, 30, 40) dimensionnées et espacées différemment de manière à permettre de désemmêler les cheveux, tout d'abord avec les dents épaisses (20) espacées largement sur le côté (1), et ensuite avec les dents (30) de peigne classique sur le côté (2), et enfin les dents minces (40) rapprochées du côté (3) d'élimination des poux que l'on peut utiliser pour éliminer les poux par peignage.
