in order to measure at least one parameter of a mixture of support, water and gas, the permittivity value of the mixture is measured at various frequencies by means of a network analyser (1) and a sensor. The measurements are used to form a system of equations in a mixed formula. At least one parameter of the mixture can be determined from the system of equations. The method is also suitable for measuring the progress of a parameter, for example, measuring a humidity flux in concrete.
