The device (10), for the continuous generation of cold and heat by magneto-calorific effect, comprises a mixture of a heat exchange fluid and particles made from at least one magneto-calorific material, superconductor or phase-change material circulating through a first heat exchanger (11) subject to a magnetic field generated by magnetic means (14), associated with said first heat exchanger (11). On passing into the generated magnetic field, said particles undergo an increase in temperature and heat the mixture in the first heat exchanger (11) and on leaving the magnetic field, said particles undergo a reduction in temperature to cool a mixture entering a second heat exchanger (12). A cold circuit (16) extracts the cold from the second heat exchanger (12) and a hot circuit (15) extracts the heat from the first heat exchanger (11).

Le dispositif (10) pour générer en continu du froid et de la chaleur par effet magnétique comporte un mélange d'un fluide caloporteur et de particules constituées d'au moins un matériau magnéto-calorique, supraconducteur ou à changement de phase circulant à travers un premier échangeur de chaleur (11) soumis à un champ magnétique généré par des moyens magnétiques (14) associés à ce premier échangeur de chaleur (11). Lorsque les particules passent dans le champ magnétique généré, elles subissent une élévation de température en chauffant le mélange du premier échangeur de chaleur (11) et lorsqu'elles quittent le champ magnétique, ces particules subissent un refroidissement pour refroidir le mélange qui entre dans un deuxième échangeur de chaleur (12). Un circuit froid (16) extrait le froid du deuxième échangeur de chaleur (12) et un circuit chaud (15) extrait la chaleur du premier échangeur de chaleur (11).
