The invention relates to a method and device for the in vitro analysis of mRNA of genes involved in haematological neoplasias. The inventive device, which comprises probes which specifically hybridise with genes involved in haematological neoplasias and which are designed such as to perform in a similar manner in the hybridisation, can be used to evaluate the level of mRNA in biological samples taken from subjects suspected of having a haematological neoplasia and to facilitate the comparison of different samples and the grouping of said samples according to similarity in the gene expression patterns, especially when the probes are disposed in the form of a microarray. The inventive method can be used to obtain and process data from the device relating to differences in gene expression such as to identify significant genes in order to distinguish samples that are associated with haematological neoplasias. In addition, the method facilitates the diagnosis of neoplasias such as LLC and the prognosis of the development of same.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d'analyse in vitro de l'ARNm de gènes jouant un rôle dans les néoplasies hématologiques. Le dispositif, composé de sondes qui s'hybrident de manière spécifique avec des gènes jouant un rôle dans les néoplasies hématologiques, conçues pour que leur comportement durant l'hybridation soit similaire, permet d'évaluer le niveau de l'ARNm dans des échantillons biologiques extraits de sujets susceptibles de présenter une néoplasie hématologique et facilite la comparaison entre les différents échantillons ainsi que leur regroupement par similitude dans les modèles d'expression des gènes, notamment quand les sondes sont disposées sous forme de jeu ordonné de microéchantillons. L'application de la méthode selon l'invention afin d'obtenir et de traiter des données de différences dans l'expression génétique du dispositif selon l'invention permet d'identifier des gènes significatifs pour distinguer des échantillons associés à des néoplasies hématologiques, facilite le diagnostic des néoplasies telles que la LLC et permet même de pronostiquer l'évolution des néoplasies.
