Method and device for the manufacture of corrugated material, at least one first plane sheet (19; 20) and one second sheet (16) of plastic material arranged in wave shape being brought together for adhesion to each other and the wave-shaped sheet (16) running over core bars (17, 18). A portion of at least one sheet is heated at abutment against the core bars (17, 18) and the first sheet (19; 20) is brought to abutment against the second sheet (16) for welding the sheets (16; 19, 20) together. First members are arranged for feeding at least the first plane sheet and the second sheet of plastic material running over core bars (17, 18) and second members are arranged for bringing together and adhering the sheets. Heating members (28) are arranged for transferring heat to a portion of at least one sheet (16; 19, 20) abutting against the core bars and including plastic material. Furthermore, guide members (17, 18; 21; 22) are arranged for bringing together the first and the second sheet in an abutment portion and for welding in the portion heated by the heating members (28).

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de fabriquer un matériau ondulé à partir d'au moins une première feuille (19 ; 20) plane et d'une seconde feuille (16) de matière plastique de forme ondulée, que l'on assemble pour les coller l'une à l'autre, la feuille (16) de forme ondulée reposant sur des barres (17, 18) de noyau. On chauffe une partie d'une feuille au moins au niveau de son point de contact avec les barres (17, 18) de noyau, et l'on aboute la première feuille (19 ; 20) et la seconde feuille (16) en vue du soudage des deux feuilles (16 ; 19, 20). Des premiers éléments sont destinés à l'alimentation d'au moins la première feuille plane et de la seconde feuille de matière plastique reposant sur les barres (17, 18) de noyau et des seconds éléments servent à assembler lesdites feuilles pour les coller l'une à l'autre. Des éléments (28) de chauffage sont disposés de manière à transférer la chaleur à une partie de l'une des feuilles (16 ; 19, 20) au moins se trouvant au contact des barres de noyau et renfermant une matière plastique. En outre, des éléments (17, 18 ; 21 ;22) de guidage sont disposés de manière à assembler la première et la seconde feuille niveau d'une partie d'aboutement et à les souder au niveau de la partie chauffée par les éléments (28) de chauffage.
