The invention relates to a method and to a device for the non-intrusive determination of the electrical power consumed by a subscriber installation. From the sampled values of the supply current and supply voltage that are delivered to the installation, constituting a consumption signal, the sampled values are grouped (A) in successive observation time windows; the poles (S 1) and residues (R 1) of the consumption signal are discriminated (B) in each current window using the pencil method, the set of poles and residues associated with at least one singular value (SG 1) representing a combination of signatures of separate electrical loads (C 1); at least the active power consumed by a subset of electrical loads in operation is calculated (C), over at least the duration of the current observation window, the sum of the active powers consumed by each electrical load (C 1) satisfying a consumed power function linking these poles and residues. Application: measurement of the electrical energy consumed by an installation.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de détermination non intrusive de la puissance électrique consommée par une installation d'abonné. A partir des valeurs échantillonnées de l'intensité du courant et de la tension d'alimentation délivrés à l'installation constitutive d'un signal de consommation, on groupe (A) les valeurs échantillonnées sur des fenêtres temporelles d'observation successives, on discrimine (B) sur chaque fenêtre courante les pôles (S1i) et résidus (R1) du signal de consommation par la méthode du Pencil, l'ensemble des pôles et résidus associés à au moins une valeur singulière (SG1) représentant une combinaison de signatures de charges électriques (C1) distinctes, on calcule (C) sur au moins la durée de la fenêtre d'observation courante au moins la puissance active consommée par un sous-ensemble de charges électriques en fonctionnement, somme des puissances actives consommées par chaque charge électrique (C1) vérifiant une fonction de puissance consommée liant ces pôles et résidus. Application au comptage de l'énergie électrique consommée par une installation.
