The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a split bearing arrangement, in which a top bearing part (6) is separated in several machining stations from a basic bearing part (5) that is monolithically joined thereto via a severing breaking process on a predefined plane of breakage (10) by applying a certain force, whereupon the two parts are joined back together by means of a screw connection comprising at least two screws. The basic bearing part (5) and the top bearing part (6) are fixed on an adapter device (1) that is conveyed from one machining station to another while the top bearing part is retained at least during some processes in the machining stations via a retractable auxiliary support (13) which is disposed on the adapter device and catches the top bearing part outside the area of the screw connection.
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de production pour réaliser un système de palier en plusieurs parties. Selon l'invention, au niveau de plusieurs stations de traitement, une pièce supérieure de palier (6) est séparée d'une pièce de base de palier (5) qui est reliée à celle-ci de façon monobloc, par application d'une force, par un processus de dissociation dans un plan de dissociation prédéterminé (10), puis ces deux pièces sont à nouveau reliées par une liaison vissée présentant au moins deux vis, la partie de base de palier (5) et la partie supérieure de palier (6) étant fixées sur un dispositif d'adaptation (1) transporté de station de traitement à station de traitement, et la partie supérieure de palier étant maintenue au moins au cours de certaines phases de traitement dans les stations de traitement, par un système d'appui auxiliaire (13) rétractable qui est monté sur le dispositif d'adaptation et vient en prise avec la partie supérieure de palier à l'extérieur de la liaison vissée.
