The present invention refers to an arrangement for the production of blow-molded hollow bodies from plastic with a blow molding machine, wherein a cooling medium can be blown via a conduit into a blow mold respectively into the hollow body for blowing up and cooling of the blow-molded hollow body. For improvement of cooling the interior of the hollow body within the blow mold, a closed conduit system is provided, in which the cooling medium circulates and is kept at an elevated pressure level and is cooled by means of a heat exchanger. Thereby, a higher yield of piece per time is realized at lower production cost. The closed cooling medium circulation system can be essentially retrofitted to all blow molding machine in order to raise efficiency.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de production de corps creux soufflés en matière plastique comprenant une machine à souffler. On insuffle dans le moule de soufflage (12) ou dans le corps creux un réfrigérant par une conduite pour démouler et refroidir le corps creux soufflé. Pour améliorer le refroidissement interne du corps creux dans le moule de soufflage interne, on utilise un système de conduites fermé (14) dans lequel on maintient le réfrigérant recyclé à un niveau de pression élevé et on le refroidit par un échangeur de chaleur. Cela permet d'augmenter le rendement en nombre de pièces de la machine à souffler pour un faible coût de production. Le système circuit de réfrigérant fermé peut fondamentalement être équipé ultérieurement pour augmenter la puissance de toutes les installations de soufflage existantes.
