The invention relates to a method and device for the rapid liquid chromatographic separation of substance mixtures and for the identification of substances. The aim of the invention is to provide a device and a method for the liquid chromatographic separation, isolation, and identification of substances in analytic and semipreparative areas, with which a test for determining the activity of substance mixtures is dispensed with. In addition, the inventive method and device carry out the separation of substance mixtures, and the isolation and identification of the individual substances more quickly than prior art methods and devices. To these ends, a method and device are used with which substance mixtures, in a software-controlled rapid liquid chromatographic two-step separation, are subjected to a preliminary separation in a first step and, in the second step, the fractions which were subjected to the preliminary separation and which are deposited in collection columns are parallelly separated into at least two separation lines in a fine manner. The finely separated fractions are parallelly identified and parallelly isolated.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour la séparation rapide par chromatographie en phase liquide de mélanges de substances et pour l'identification de substances. L'invention vise à créer un procédé et un dispositif pour la séparation, l'isolation et l'identification de substances, par chromatographie en phase liquide, lors de la réalisation d'analyses et de la production de préparations semi-finies, ledit procédé et ledit dispositif permettant de renoncer à un test destiné à déterminer l'activité des mélanges de substances et permettant, de manière plus rapide que jusqu'à présent, de séparer des mélanges de substances, et d'isoler et d'identifier des substances individuelles. A cet effet, on a recours à une séparation rapide à deux étages, par chromatographie en phase liquide, commandée par programme. Dans un premier étage, les mélanges de substances subissent une séparation préalable puis, dans un deuxième étage, les fractions ayant subi la séparation préalable sont recueillies dans des colonnes et sont séparées parallèlement de manière fine dans au moins deux lignes de séparation. Les fractions séparées de manière fine sont ensuite identifiées et isolées parallèlement.
