The invention relates to a device for the surface peening, especially ultrasonic shot-peening of a partial element (36) of a component (10) of a gas turbine. According to said method, the partial element (36) and at least one surface (54) of a vibration device (56) impinging the blasting material are positioned relative to each other, the surface (54) of the at least one vibration device (56) and a sealing fin (36) being positioned relative to each other at an angle (.alpha.) between 70° and 90° based on the direction of extension (E) of the sealing fin. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out said method.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour le grenaillage, notamment pour le grenaillage par ultrasons, de la surface d'au moins un élément (36) d'une pièce (10) d'une turbine à gaz, selon lequel l'élément (36) et au moins une surface (54), sollicitant la grenaille, d'un dispositif vibratoire (56) sont positionnés l'un par rapport à l'autre. Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que la surface (54) du dispositif vibratoire (56) présente un angle (.alpha.) compris entre 70° et 90° par rapport à la direction d'extension (E) d'une lèvre d'étanchéité (36). L'invention concerne également un dispositif pour l'exécution d'un tel procédé.
