This invention discloses a substantially flat sanitary napkin, i.e., one positioned almost exclusively in the x-y plane, having an expandable member therein that once activated by a female wearer either densifies in a prescribed zone and/or expands at least a portion of the sanitary napkin out of the x-y plane and into the z-plane to thereby create hump. Such activation occurs when cinch members are used to contract the expandable member in the x and/or y-directions while simultaneously causing its densification or expansion into the z-plane.
La présente invention concerne une serviette hygiénique sensiblement plate, c'est-à-dire occupant presque exclusivement un plan en x et y. Cette serviette hygiénique comporte un élément expansible qui, une fois qu'il a été mis en fonction par l'utilisatrice, se densifie dans une zone définie et/ou développe au moins une partie de la serviette hygiénique extérieurement au plan en x et y. Ce déploiement se fait selon un axe z de façon à former un relief. La mise en oeuvre implique l'actionnement de sangles qui viennent contracter l'élément expansible selon les axes x et/ou y, tout en provoquant la densification ou le déploiement selon l'axe z.
