The invention relates to a method and a device for transporting multiple items (P-1,..., P-z), in particular postal consignments, to predefined destination points. The respective destination point and a value of a predefined feature of each item are measured and stored. The item is transported together with other items in a transport means (Beh-1) to an intermediate point (ZE-2). The transport means (Beh-1) is furnished with a label (E-1) which has a machine-readable identification (Ke-1). This identification (Ke-1) is read. The transport means (Beh-1) in which an item was transported is determined by this means. After transportation to the intermediate point (ZE-2) a value of the feature is measured afresh. In order to find the stored data record, a restriction is implemented on the search space to the data records of those items (P-1,...P-x) which were transported in the same transport means (Beh-1).
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de transport de plusieurs objets (P-1,..., P-z), notamment d'envois postaux, vers des destinations prédéfinies. Un attribut de transport et au moins une caractéristique prédéfinie de chaque objet sont mesurés et les valeurs sont enregistrées. L'objet est transporté avec d'autres objets dans un élément de transport (Beh-1), vers un point intermédiaire (ZE-2). L'élément de transport (Beh-1) est pourvu d'une étiquette (E-1) présentant une caractéristique (Ke-1) lisible par machine. La caractéristique (Ke-1) est lue. Il est ainsi déterminé dans quel élément de transport (Beh-1) un objet a été transporté. Après transport vers le point intermédiaire (ZE-2), une valeur de la caractéristique est à nouveau mesurée. L'ensemble de données enregistré pour l'objet est déterminé au moyen de la valeur de caractéristique, et un transport est déclenché en fonction de la valeur d'attribut de transport dans l'ensemble de données. Pour trouver l'ensemble de données enregistré, une limitation de l'espace de recherche est réalisée parmi les ensembles de données pour les objets (P-1,..., P-x) transportés dans le même élément de transport (Beh-1).
