The invention concerns a device for treating sludge and slime to enable reuse in soil upgrading and in building material systems. The invention concerns a method for continuously treating hydrophilic sludge and slime having a water content not less than 70 % which enables colloid removal, dehydration, oxidation, sanitation, stabilization, mineralization, filtration and porosification of sludge and slime. The invention also concerns a device for continuously treating hydrophilic sludge and slime having a water content not less than 70 %, characterized in that it comprises a hollow caisson run through in the longitudinal direction by the treated product and provided with at least an intake (1) for the product to be treated and at least an outlet (4) for the treated product.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de traitement des boues et de vases afin d'en permettre une réutilisation dans les filières des amendements de sol et des matériaux de construction. La présente invention est relative à un procédé, fonctionnant en continu, de traitement de boues et de vases hydrophiles présentant une teneur en eau au moins égale ou supérieure à 70 %, qui permet de décolloïder, déshydrater, oxyder, assainir, stabiliser, minéraliser, filtrer et de rendre poreux les boues et les vases. La présente invention est également relative à un dispositif de traitement en continu de boues ou vases hydrophiles présentant une teneur en eau au moins égale ou supérieure à 70 %, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un caisson creux traversé dans le sens de la longueur par le produit traité et muni d'au moins une entrée (1) du produit à traiter et d'au moins une sortie (4) du produit traité.
