A method for mechanical working of lignocellulosic fibrous material in a refiner with refining means (11, 12) rotating relative to each other, and a device (22) for feeding the fibrous material into the refiner. The material is accelerated outward without material build-up through a feed zone (18) without mechanical working, and the material density is at maximum 10 kg/m3. Thereafter, the mechanical working is carried out in an outside located refining zone (16). The feeding device (22) comprises a front axial screw (23), which transforms to a least one substantially radial rear wing (24). The feeding device (22) is intended to be placed centrally on the rotary refining means (12).
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de travailler mécaniquement une matière fibreuse ligno-cellulosique dans un raffineur doté de moyens de raffinage (11, 12), ces moyens étant en rotation l'un par rapport à l'autre, et d'un dispositif (22) permettant d'alimenter le raffineur en matière fibreuse. La matière est accélérée à l'extérieur, dans la zone d'alimentation (18), sans accumulation de matière et sans travail mécanique. Dans la zone d'alimentation, la masse volumique de la matière est de 10 kg/m?3¿ maximum. Le travail mécanique est effectué dans une zone de raffinage (16) située à l'extérieur. Le dispositif d'alimentation (22) comprend une vis (23) axiale et frontale qui se transforme en au moins une aile arrière (24) sensiblement radiale. Le dispositif d'alimentation (22) est destiné à occuper une position centrale sur le moyen de raffinage (12) rotatif.
