With a method and a device for treatment of fluid streams that occur in the gasification of fuels that contain carbon and ash, it is supposed to be possible to optimally use the heat contents contained in the system, as well as the amounts of water required for cooling and condensation, with recirculation of the latter. This is achieved, with a method according to the invention, in that the suspension passed out of the mixing container is relaxed in at least one subsequent stage, with evaporation of at least part of the water, and a reduction in temperature, and that the resulting steam is cooled by means of direct contact with water, and at least partly condensed out, whereby the device according to the invention is particularly characterized in that a line (6) is provided between the lower region of the mixing container (1b), to a first relaxation container configured as a washing column (7a), whereby the washing column is provided with a condensate collection bottom (8a) and a recirculation line (10a) to the mixing container (1b), equipped with spray heads, for the resulting condensate.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de traitement de flux de fluides apparaissant lors de la gazéification de combustibles contenant du carbone et des cendres. L'invention vise à utiliser de façon optimale la chaleur contenue dans le système ainsi que les quantités d'eau nécessaires au refroidissement et à la condensation, lors de la recirculation de celles-ci. A cet effet, la suspension provenant de la cuve de mélange est détendue dans au moins une étape consécutive lors de l'évaporation d'au moins une partie de l'eau et de l'abaissement de la température, et la vapeur produite est refroidie par contact direct avec de l'eau et au moins partiellement extraite par condensation. Le dispositif selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une conduite (6) entre la partie inférieure de la cuve de mélange (1b) et une première cuve de détente conçue en tant que tour de lavage (7a). La tour de lavage est pourvue d'une base de recueillement de condensat (8a) et d'une conduite de retour (10a) vers la cuve de mélange (1b) comportant des têtes de pulvérisation, pour le condensat produit.
