The invention relates to a trimming method for a building facade, according to which a primary perforated receiver (50) is placed remote from a second receiver (51) mounted onto the structure of said building or constituting the same, by providing, between said second receiver (1) and said perforated first receiver (50), an air circulation channel (3). The method is characterized in that said first detachable perforated receiver (50), comprising a flexible sheet (203) or constituting the same, is selected. The invention further relates to a hollow panel (1) for implementing said method. The invention also relates to a condenser (110) designed to constitute said second receiver (51) for implementing said method. The invention further relates to a device for attaching and powering (201) a flexible sheet (203) designed so constitute said first receiver (50) for implementing said method.
L'invention concerne un panneau creux (1) conçu apte à être fixé à la structure d'un bâtiment, et réactif au rayonnement thermique, notamment solaire, comportant, entre une première face (2) conçue apte à être dirigée vers un premier milieu (A), et une seconde face (10) conçue apte à être dirigée vers un second milieu (B), au moins un canal intérieur (3) de circulation de fluide, notamment d'air, s'étendant entre une première ouverture (5) située à une première bordure d'extrémité (4), et une seconde ouverture (7) située à une seconde bordure d'extrémité (6), ledit canal intérieur (3) s'étendant entre d'une part au moins un premier récepteur perforé (50) conçu apte à être exposé à un rayonnement thermique du côté de ladite première face (2), et d'autre part au moins un second récepteur (51) étanche à l'air du côté de ladite seconde face (10) et constitué d'un condenseur (110), caractérisé par le fait que ledit premier récepteur (50) et le condenseur (110) sont constitués par une nappe souple (203) notamment textile.
