A method for the variable, service-specific rate signalling of value-added services by a called destination subscriber (B) who is offering IN (Intelligent Network)-based services in a telecommunications network (TK), during an actual connection to a calling A-subscriber who is requesting an offered IN-service, ischaracterized in that via his service provider installation (10), the destination subscriber sends a rate signal, which corresponds to the actual rate requested by the destination subscriber, to a central control logic in the TK network, that the service control point (SCP) by means of a service logic checks the entitlement of the destination subscriber to impose the rate he has requested, and that if it is compatible, the service control point routes a corresponding fee charging information via a service switching point to the requesting A-subscriber, and to a customer data acquisition (KDE) connected to the TK network, whereby the customer data acquisition calculates the fees to be paid by the calling A-subscriber. This method makes it possible for the called destination subscriber to expand value-added services, which are IN-based anyway, to variable rate charging without great additional effort; however the entitlement to the rate charging isalways checked at a neutral place of the TK network.
Méthode permettant à un abonné appelé (B) offrant des services de réseau intelligent (IN) dans un réseau de télécommunications (TK), de communiquer par signalisation les tarifs de services à valeur ajoutée dont la tarification varie en fonction du service, cela durant une connexion réelle avec un abonné appelant A qui demande un service IN offert. La méthode se caractérise comme suit : au moyen de son installation de fournisseur de services (10), l'abonné appelé envoie à une logique de commande centrale du réseau TK un signal de tarif qui correspond au tarif réel demandé par l'appelé; au moyen d'une logique de service, le point de commande de services (SCP) vérifie le droit de l'appelé à exiger le tarif qu'il a demandé, et, s'il y a compatibilité, le point de commande de services achemine une information de tarification par l'intermédiaire d'un point de commutation de services à l'abonné demandeur A, et à un dispositif d'acquisition de données clients (KDE) connecté au réseau TK, ce qui permet au KDE de calculer les frais à exiger de l'abonné appelant A. Cette méthode permet à l'abonné appelé d'adapter des services à valeur ajoutée, qui sont de type IN de toute façon, à la tarification variable sans beaucoup d'efforts supplémentaires; toutefois, le droit à imposer le tarif est toujours contrôlé en un point neutre du réseau TK.
