Le dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé comprend un réceptacle (3) dont le profil interne présente la forme d'un cône asymétrique (3d) à l'intérieur duquel est disposée une pale (5) d'un agitateur (5) pour déplacer dans un mouvement lent le bain de liquide réfrigérant contenu dans le réceptacle (3) tandis qu'au fond du cône (3d) est prévu un orifice (3i) qui communique avec une tubulure (3j) dans laquelle est entraînée en rotation une vis d'Archimède (6a) d'un dispositif extracteur (6) pour l'évacuation en continu des particules solides.
