A sample applicator for transferring a fluid sample includes a syringe body defining a hollow bore with an open end and an outlet, a plunger having a piston at one end and being effective to fit within the hollow bore, and a second end extending out of the open end when the piston is located within the hollow bore. The syringe applicator further includes at least one of a reagent and a concentrating material and a fluid dye material, located between the piston and the outlet. The contents of the sample applicator are lyophilized within the sample applicator.
Cette invention concerne un applicateur d'échantillon pour transfert de fluides, comprenant un corps de seringue qui définit un passage cylindrique creux avec un extrémité ouverte et une sortie, un cylindre avec un piston à une extrémité, logé à l'intérieur du passage cylindrique creux, et une seconde extrémité qui dépasse de l'extrémité ouverte lorsque le piston se trouve dans le passage creux. L'applicateur à seringue renferme en outre un réactif, une substance de concentration et une substance tinctoriale liquide, a raison d'au moins un de chaque, situés entre le piston et la sortie.
